    Hi Divya,
    It is called Kabir ke dohe not poem.
    This is one of my favorite too.
    All love all dohe by kabir. Its so meaning full and fit correct anytime any duration and for any generation.

    One more from Kabir ke dohe ,

    “Nindak niyare rakhiye aangan kuti chhawaye;
    Bin sabun pani bina nirmal karat subhaye.”

    MEANING
    Keep your critic close, you get to know your faults if someone criticizes you, and you have a chance to correct them. Give your critics shelter in your courtyard and listen to the criticism without annoyance, because critic is not your enemy, he is helping you to clean the rubbish from your life without soap and water.

    ya i know its a "Dohe".. thought may be many wont know the term so called it a poem.. people with kids of this age who study these might be able to get the "Dohe" !!
