Will the quantity vary depending on thick or thin poha? Yesterday I used thin poha slightly more amount than what you have specified, and it was fine.
yes you can use any kind of poha..no matter if the quantity is a bit more or less..taste will be the same..poha mainly used for getting holes on dosas and so they became more soft..thanks for the feedback preethi..
Hi - I tried this reciepe. It came out well after a bit of struggle for 2/3 dosas. My batter came little gooey, not sure if thats because of the type of broken wheat that I got here. Will there be any difference on normal broken wheat that we get in indian stores/american stores (I get bulgar wheat in american groceries)
