IVF Queries and suggestions

HI

I have 3 A grade embies left.

I never had Fresh IVF transfer, as had developed mild OHSS.

1st FET failed, lining was just 8mm, and doctor expected better lining,
so she kept A grade embies and transferred B grade and D grade embies.

I have no clue,
1. If it failed coz of lining, or
2. Only one embryo transfer (B grade, D grade lets not even consider)
3. OR fate thinkingsmiley



Its just consoling that, i have 3 more Embies to try one more FET
and have one more chance in same IVF.

I am not following any diet, nor doing anything. Gave myself a break,
and decided to do in Oct.

How many Fresh/FET did it take ?

 

I took complete 2 hours rest after my ET and took complete 2 weeks off in my failed IVF's. I rested for 10 minutes on the table after ET and travelled back home in a rick after my ET. Took balanced diet and resumed work a day after ET. Guess what that cycle we succeeded only thing I did different was had protinex twice a day with milk as I felt my protein in take was less. Rest and IVF success are not related. Suggest you continue to do your normal work , do not strain yourself. In fact regular routine will keep you away from TTC thoughts. The more we forget better is the success.

My workplace little bit lag n hygiene n lot of speed breakers on they way. So decided to take rest in home with little movements.

Ya I need to plan some high protein diet where am much lagging.
Instead of aim for first time success made my mind to aim for quality eggs which will yield good grade embies ( since no male factor issues).Will try to do my best

 

Hi Mrithularen, you can travel after 2 hrs rest once your ET done but make sure to drink enough water before your ET I have heard that ithelps in implantation ( I had drank too much that it was paining while they doing ET .... ) You can take a day off from your work after that. It's just during those two weeks keep all kind of stress at bay..... whether it's work or your family life just stay relaxed and don't bend too much or work or walk for long hour and try to keep your legs elevated whenever you lie down it helps with the blood flow to your uterus.

yes, i got success through IVF and have twins..i have done 4 iuis before..
I did a fresh cycle through which i got pregnant,but miscarried at 12 weeks..later did a fet and it failed..the second fet succeeded and i got twins after transferring two embryos..both were of B grade only..

 

Oh nice.

So it took 3 tries.. 1 Fresh, 1st FET and got success in 2nd FET.

My 1st IVF just gave me 5 embies (3 A grade and 1 B grade and 1 D grade.)
So i can have only 2 FET's in this IVF.. In that one FET is already Failed.
So have only one more FET chance. Finger crossed lets see what happens..


Hope i dont have to go one more IVF. (Hate stimulations)

yes, even i hated the stimulation phase..also the worst is, the progesterone in oil injections.. my DH had to put it every day for me, for 3 months.. he did it for first pregnancy which ended in m/c..then he did it for almost a month of first fet..then again 3 more months of second fet.. I assure you, that was the worst thing about IVF..

Coming here after ages. Hi Swati, hugs to u girl....my freind had 5 ivfs..conceived twins jn 3rd but lost in 5th month..did 2 more ivfs n delivered a girl in 5th try..

I am requesting u to pls order that ghee again dear..it has worked miracles for so many ppl Including me...
