    Magee,

If you could elaborate the quantity of ingredients required for preparing this recipe, it would be much helpful.

And, thanks a lot for the Kadai chicken recipe :)

Hi all, this weekend ragi idli and jowar idli were perfect.

Ragi idli(Thanks magee for this measurement, i added 1 fist ful brown rice)
    Ragi flour- 3 cups
    urad dal - 1 cup
    brown rice - 1 fist

Grind urad dal and brown rice. At the final stage add the ragi flour. If the batter is thick add water to the idli batter consistency. Ferment it for 8 hrs..
The idli was really very very soft.

For dosa , i added little water to adjust the consistency.. really crispy dosa ....

1.Soaked the red poha in water for 1 hr then strain it and keep aside.

    2. In oil, fry ginger garlic paste, onion, cabbage, potato, carrot, mushroom . Add one by one and fry till the raw smell vanishes.
