    Useful tips Ammulu... Thanks for sharing...
    As we all know everyfruit has its own benefits. Eating whole fruits than making juice is preferable. Even if you make juice, dont strain it. Drink as it is without or with (small quantity) of sugar or even you can add honey to it.
    Try to have atleast one fruit in a day. Avoid eating fruits before or after meal. Try to eat one fruit in the beginning of the day.
