I have been trying to buy a property from a long time.It is getting blocked for some reason or the other.Recently the sale of my ancestral property is getting delayed too.This is one issue.

I have two queries about my siblings, soliciting your help for the same:

1) my brother is working with a leading IT company and is expected to go to US, the process of VISA started a year back, his Visa interview was on 11th March, 2014 where he has been informed that his VISA application will go through some verifications and he shall be informed status in 4-8 weeks time, it is neither rejected nor accepted as yet. please help us in knowing if he has chances of going abroad, how are his career prospects? would changing a job be good for him? when will he get married and what kindly of marriage it will be? his DOB is 29.01.1987, POB-Bindki (UP), TOB-16:09 hrs.

2) my cousin sister appeared for CA twice (after clearing preliminary test) after her 12th but could not succeed, she is in her final year of graduation and is very restless and confused about her career. can you please help us in knowing what area will she make her career in? how is her future in terms of career and marriage?
