Cake batter After Baking I got this recipe from my friend.... Maida - 1 3/4 cups baking soda - 1 tsp Baking powder - 1 tsp Oil - 3/4 cup Mashed Frozen ripe Bananas -3 (i used frozen ripe kerala plantains-nenthran) Eggs - 2 Sugar - 3/4 cup Cocoa powder - 3 heaped tablespoons Preheat oven Blend together mashed bananas, oil and eggs. I put all the dry ingredients in the mixie jar instead of sifting (maida, baking soda, baking powder, sugar, cocoa powder) Grease cake mould with oil Gently stir the dry ingredients and the banana+oil+egg mix I Baked for 40 min. Cool and cut into pieces. The cake was soft and yummy.
