    Hi all
Please suggest me any means of staying in US as my I94 is expiring on jan 14, currently I am pregnant and due date is in coming November. Is there a possibility of staying further in US on any basis, because in jan my baby would be too small, hardly 3 months and I am not sure if ill be able to travel with such a small baby. Above all I am also worried about babies documentation, liki pp, pio etc, which I dont knw how much time it will take.
I heard that people go to canada, and there new i94 is given to them, suggest me....
    Thanks

Basically i94 is not a status by itself. It's tied to your visa. You need to renew your spouse's l1 and your l2 visa and automatically USCIS will issue a new i94 with the approval notice. You wouldn't have to go outside the county to get a new i94, it will be provided with the approval notice.
