Guilty Pleasures

eating chalkpices and every time i decide this is the last one but could not control.........

 

Having a hot cup of coffee with a teaspoon full of sugar..

It makes me feel guilty.

p.s : iam diabetic.

 

Whenever I go to the supermarket alone, I just cant comtrol myself when I am nearing the chips and junk section. No matter how hard I try (I walk away a few times but I return to that section). I just end up picking up a packet of Lays/Kurkure/Cornpuffs/Twistees!!!

I tuck it away in my handbag and have it all by myself at home. It is after this that I feel guilty and I remind myself that I will never do this sheepish thing again....but there I go again, come back home with another packet of Lays!!!

 

watching serials and then suddenly remembering work to do and feeling bad and guilty....

 

to spend whole day with a book....with mugs of coffee and whole lot of junk food...read...eat....sip no phone calls..no checking work emails

 

buying new dresses .. more than what is needed

 

My guilty feel goes on like this;
Having fried food sometimes (that also I feel guilty)
Having tea more then two times ( I can have en number but restrict myself)
Shopping unnecessary (Later I find that those things will be there)
Shopping storage boxes (All shapes and sizes and then dont feel like giving or throwing)
Mostly when I get angry for some silly reason and feel guilty for the whole day

 

Hmmm i love watching late night movies on weekends but thats not what makes me guilty...its the late night snacking and munching that makes me feel guilty.Well when i am watching movies i can eat anything(my husband says soo)
Reading chetan bhagat books even though my husband has banned his books from the house.Reason???again late night reading...
Then making "schedules to follow".....which BTW i never follow... And never on time
Buying shoes/sandals ...i luv them ...and you see thats d reason sandal is my profile pic too...i am obsessed With them

 

I ALWAYS give late lunches to my husband during weekends. I feel guilty about it every weekend :drowning

Whenever we buy snacks, i'm the one who finishes most of it. Husband says, I look at the package in the store and in the trashcan. That makes me feel guilty (i should be)

enough said for one day :coffee

 

Though I planned lots of things during weekend like cleaning,washing............ not doing anything by watching movies or browsing!
