hey all here is the aimple procedure
    materials needed
1.anu old cardboard(i used hard bound covering of an old dairy)
2any old fav cloth piece(i used my old torn dress material)
3.full set of clock.(i used a from a broken alarm piece)
    procedure
cut the old cardboard into desired shape and size
the clock has two parts the hour and minute hand also second's hand(lets say working hands) come in the front of the cardboard(cb)
the one where u fix the battery's go behind the cb
4.now make a hole right in the centre.
make sure the knob of clock where the working hand is to be fixed(remove the working hands carefully)fits correctly.into the
5.before pasting the fabric on cb mark and make a hole in the centre
6.using fabric glue paste the fabric
7.now fix the back part of clock in the hole using glue.only the knob is seen in the center of hole
8.very carefully fix the working hands.
9.for denoting the numbers let ur imagination run.(i stuck beads from bracelet)
u can also use buttons.or kundan stones.u can also decorate something big for 12o clock using stones or flowers.

fix the battery and see the fabric clock working.
u can also personalize by sticking your fly pic.
    hope this has helped

rather than the procedure, its the materials used that really made the wonder...especially the beads...

loved the beads used to represent the numbers...& the colour combination :thumbsup
