Only if it is convection as well!! As far as I know, only a few cakes can be baked in MW - I have never tried biscuits since you have to monitor too carefully!
Ayyo aarthi, I did reply & wrote that your little boy is growing up!! I auggested that you must half cook the H C & then freeze them. Now I see that the post has 'gone down the drain'!! I think you will be the only person observing shivaratri in Dublin! I salute you, my young froend!:thumbsup
Hello Chitra Maami, Just finished drooling over the Chaat SBS (Bad thing to do around lunch time). Awesome pictures!! Loved the look of Bhel puri. It is at the top on my "to-try" list. Lot going on in my world currently but when I try your recipe, I'll be sure to provide a feedback. But Sweet Paani Puri looks like a sinfully decadent creation. So needless to say, will have to try it. Amazingly awesome creations... Sakshi..
Dear Chithra madam, I made "Go green paratha" yesterday for dinner and it was a hit. Thank you very much for the very nice recipe. Regards, Shree
Hello chitra mam, Last saturday we invited our family friend for dinner and I made rasamalai(first try), badham kheer(second time), potato chips, mysore masal dosai, coriander paneer paratha with butter paneer masala, veg kushka bitiyani, badham cake(first try) .I was filled with their compliments and my husband was stating proudly that "here after we won't buy sweets and snacks outside , my wife can make everything at home itself"And I was like What happiness can I get more than this?:biggrin2: And yesterday I tried carrot kheer and it was also delicious.
Saksi, nice to see you here with a nice compliment! Bhel puri was the first chaat I learnt from a G friend when chaats were not popular in Chennai at all! Unlike pav bhaji, it is very easy to rustle up if you have bhel mix ready. Thanks!
L & LL, I bet, I am more proud than your husband, if I can say so!:hide: rasamalai(first try), badham cake(first try), etc turning out successfully speak of your culinary expertise.:thumbsup I am very happy, thanks!
