    Hi

OATS PORRIDGE topped with mixed nuts or FRESH FRUITS

Cup of Tea with Handful of Mixed Nuts and Digestive Biscuits / Khari

Or Big bowl of Fresh fruits mainly like Pappaya with One glass of Milk

POHA TIFFIN - you can make use of poha within no time - like mixing with milk and sugar or as Upma just with simple seasoning

BREAD with SPREAD as PEANUT BUTTER or Mayonaise - you dont need any extra time for this

    Preparing oats:
you can take two glass milk and pour five or more(as per your need for thick or dilute) spoon full of oats in it. If you are using a milk cooker, it is very time saving. ie. you can cook the oats in the same milk cooker and let it vistled, then keep stove in low flame for two minutes. It will be ready. you can add dates syrup or required sugar.
    regards
