Please request them to chant Santana Gopal Mantra after taking bath in the morning.
They must refrain from eating Non vegetarian because principally...if we continue to commit violence on animals and their kids (eggs here) and at the same time want kids for ourselves... Then God doesn't recognize such prayers.
Everyone is equal in His eyes whether humans or animals for He is the most loving father of all creation.

They are chanting santhanagopala mantra daily together.
We are 100% vegetarians. Even we won't take garlic.

Have you checked their horoscopes for Pithru Dosham ?
Just in case it is there, there are poojas to be conducted to remove the Dosham in place like Rameshwaram, Trimabakeshwar etc. Many people have been blessed with progenies by performing rituals there.
