    Join in some badminton court. Go once a week to play.
    Visit art galleries
    Try to mix and match while cooking food recipes.

    2. Disciplined life style
    3. Avoid unhealthy temptations (wine, eating out)
    4. Avoid watching heavy material (serious movies, violence, fights) during stressful times.
    5. Avoid media (news, radio if the news on air is depressing) at least for that time.
    6. Music
    7. Avoid negative people who can trigger more stress, tension, negativity. It is okay to take a break from friends and family.
    8. Anything to do with hands can be relaxing (cooking, gardening, sewing, drawing, painting, crafts)
    9. Pets if you have any.

    Hi,I am also suffering from these situation.That time is very difficult in my life.In that situation I am feel alone and really don,t want to talk with anyone.Then one of my friend suggest me to join hypnotherapy sessions and she suggest me one hypnotist Dr.Luke who gave their services in Ottawa and Toronto.After joining their classes I really overcome from that problem.
