The progeny has to be mainly seen from the Janma Lagna and also the Moon and Jupiter signs and in the case of female natives, in addition to the 5th house, the 9th house has also to be seen

Based on the birth details given by you, you belong to Taurus Lagna, owned by Venus and the 5th house happens to be Virgo, owned by Mercury, who has gone to 11th house and directly aspecting the 5th house, which is good. Also, the 5th house is aspected by Jupiter also, which is also good for progeny. However, the 5th house is aspected by Saturn from the third house and also the Mars from the 10th house, which will delay the progeny.

This causes Pitra dosha, i.e, curse by the ancestors which one of the reasons for the delay in progeny.Also, in his chart, the 2nd house, house of expansion of family is aspected by Saturn, which will normally delay the progeny.

Astrologically there is a method to confirm in such cases, whether the progeny is promising in natural way; or by medical treatment or there is any denial. But I have not worked out this and shall do the same at a latter stage.

I have heard that there is a temple viz. Trambakeshwar near Nashik, where there is a Pooja called "Narayan Bali Nag Bali Pooja" for Pitru dosha is conducted. If you have belief in this, you may ascertain the same and try to do the Pooja, with much dedication and this will certainly help you in fulfilment of your desire. I do not have any idea the cost involved for this pooja

In both the charts, the 5th house/lord is influenced by Saturn, there are every chances for delay in the progeny. The time for the present is supportive for progeny and especially the period August to Oct 2017 is very supportive. Hence, you may try for the progeny with trust and belief. In case, need be, I shall work out astrologically whether the progeny is promising, if so, it is by natural way or by medical assistance or there is denial of progeny at a latter stage.
