It is very difficult to have an all in all perfect day!!! But yes, I do try my best to give some time to myself specially early mornings. I wake up a wee bit earlier than the others so that I can give myself that "me time", This helps me to start my day in a calm manner and I have a sense of direction as to how and what I would plan to do during the day.
