Life is too short to be anything but happy

There comes a time in your life, when you walk away from all the drama and people who create it. You surround yourself with people who make you laugh. Forget the bad and focus on the good. Love the people who treat you right, pray for the ones who dont. Life is too short to be anything but happy.Falling down is a part of life, getting back up is living. Being alive is a gift, being happy a choice.

In times when we are alone only we think of all the good old memories , of the people who were nice to you, the people who gave us sleepless nights and found fault with whatever we do. But why to think of those who gave us problems, instead think good for them and pray that they change their minds and become good.

This festive season brought me memories of the days I was working. On Festive days I used to wear pattu sarees and there was never a days I was without flowers. On Pongal/Sankranthi dear here everyone wears black saree, I also used to wear black saree. During lunch we all used to enjoy everyone's pongal and whatever they had made that day. Maharashtrians used to give us Til gul and used to say , say sweet words. Ayyappa season comes to an end now. I am missing all those fun days now.

Though I am missing those days but I am happy that atleast Indus site is there where we are like a family and are able to share our day to day activities. Today I was happy that my maid took my blessings and she was happy to have Ven Pongal and Chakkarai Pongal.

If I was going to office or going out I would have dressed up in pattu saree but being at home no mood to wear pattu saree.
