Zika Virus...urgent Help

    Hi all i m on my 3 trimester and staying in austin texas usa. I hd 3 mosquito bite 2 days back.. i m super tense on zika infecting.. wht to do now..is it necessary to hv symptoms???

    Hmm, Not all mosquito bites are infectious!
    So don't worry! All your concerns are explained in this site! Don't be alarmed at the information there.
    It is for you to know about it, rather than to get alarmed and anxious about it.
    BTW there are so many diseases which mosquitoes can cause, and there are so many mosquitos which don't harbour any germs! So be positive.

    Although the mosquito that transmits Zika virus is in Austin, TX, there hasn't been any local transmission in the US outside Florida. Try wearing long sleeves shirt and long pants, loose, light colored clothing and mosquito repellent with DEET when outside.
    Don't worry, fortunately Zika virus is not a big problem in USA (yet!).
