    I have seen the promotion for Your Baby Can Read many times and wondered...doe it really work

    The effort will really work. However, you can try on your own by buying cheaper flashcards/books/fridge magnets/dry erase board etc., My girl started reading when she was 41/2.

    I too was wondered by that programs, but anyway i put those volumes in CD daily for my 14months kid...she watches...sometimes tries to do as shown.

    As one of our friend mention, you can try with flashcard, puzzles....because i personally saw with my niece, where mysister trained well, she bought some Phonics volumes too....now she is 41/2 yrs she reads the books...exceptvery few words where her mom helps..she can read very well...
