You are right about modern management. But, really It is not about management, but about all of us who are working. Especially in the present corporate world, with tough competitions and the average intelligence of people rising very high, how much they should be as Yes sir and when they can put their foot down and have their say in the best interest of things. Have you read Arthur Hailey's 'Final Diagnosis'? In that novel this is brought out nicely.
