    Dear Indus Ladies,

How many times do you eat everyday?
    It is said that

The one who eats only a single meal a day is called YOGI.

The one who eats twice a day is called a BHOGI.

The one who eats thrice a day is called a ROGI.

    WILL YOU PLEASE EXPLAIN IT.

    Vijayanagrani.

Hi Vijaya , I feel the above saying does not hold good for a woman . it was framed for a
male , who should practice Brahmacharya . Brahmacharya here means that he should
focus his concentration on the Brahmam ( not on the food or on any other material ) ...

having full meals required (at least) two times a day for a female person ( girl / woman ) .
we do take more meals during pregnancy / after giving birth to a child . Doctors suggest
to have more number of meals at small quantities for old aged persons ...
