    Can anyone tell me is it advisable to do yogasans without yoga instructor. If it is ok , then plz tell me that how many times per day I can do yoga? And how many times I should do each asan? My weight has increased after delivary. Can anyone suggest me most powerful yogasan that can reduce belly fat.

    In my opinion - While it is alright to practise yoga on your own, once you are thorough with the practice, I would suggest that you start off with an instructor. A good yoga dvd should do the job temporarily.

    Yoga should be done on an empty stomach, and I guess once a day should suffice, however, it can be practised once in the morning and then in the evening.

    How many months is it since your delivery? Depending on the kind of delivery you had, it is advised to go easy on the yoga practice - particularly the inverted poses.

    There are quite a few postures recommended for reducing belly fat - the most effective ones being - ardha matsyendrasana, halasana, vajrasana, trikonasana and shashankasana. Bhastrika and kapalabhati (6 months afterdelivery) as a part of pranayama practise.

    hi,

    i got intention to do yoga for long but never meet right time.
    After seeing your pdf file. i feel so happy..and like to try.
    i also having the same problem as other il members is fat belly,
    i try to diet but i reduced my weight but seem my stomach is
    the same. so i think i will try to do yoga. thks.
