    Dear Cooldr,
    I joined and finished 2 months and learnt so many asanas from my guru. But due to some personal and health issues i am not practising for the past 2 months.
    Again planning to rejoin and resume the asanas once i recover from the health issues. Eagerly waiting for that day to come, let see!

    Again i have started resuming the yoga practise, i am focusing it seriously this time as i need to again work out more to bring my body to be flexible like before, hoping that i will reach that stage quickly. :)

    Hurray! i just now can touch my feet stretching the whole body, wow, i can do it now!! :) as it was a long due for me to attain this stage due to stiffness.

    Lost 2 kgs completely in 2 months (Nov and Dec) with the help of Yoga and brisk walking in the morning...Wow! it is started showing changes in me now.....:yes:

    with not so strict diet...ofcourse not having fatty substances....but still...so thrilled to see my old salwars are fitting now.....

    yet to reduce 1 or 2 kgs within March as i want to see even more slimmer in my cousins marriage :banana

    Its time to edit my ticker now with new ticker symbol (searching for that)!!!googlesmiley

    I workout a lot and very passionate about it but now I’m quarantine period am Doing yoga for an hour everyday.After that anulom vilom pranayama.

    My flexibility levels,focus increased a lot..
    Stress levels decreased.

    Yoga should be an intergral part of everyone’s life.

    Hatha yoga is basic and good for beginners..

    Try lot of asans..don’t push your flexibility..
    Let it naturally evolve..
    Just be mindful
