Breakfast--- Mac & Cheese Lunch-- Tomato rice with pappad+ veg salad+ curd rice Dinner ---- roti &dhal, cabbage sabji (also few bites of D'anjou Pear)
Breakfast--- poha uppma Lunch-- Tomato soup,chappati,cabbage kootu Dinner ---- same what i had in the lunch
.breakfast.....maggi for the children,beetroot juice lunch....rice,mix.veg kootu, rasam dinner..palak curry, same thing what I prepared ,buttermilk and fruit....

i am ok thank u sri. yesterday was Friday... i did the puja so for breakfast upma. lunch ...i went to the cafe i had leek pasta bake.....yummy.... dinner.....curd rice with potatoes curry.
