    Hi,
    I was using this sometime back and stopped it.
    After stopping, I had significant weight gain and acne problems.
    I am not able to overcome these issues.
    DO a internet research on this and then start taking it.

    Hi,

    my suggestion is not to use this pill...i had a very bad experience with this..
    i have used this for more than 6 months...after that my periods got delayed and i am having severe pain during periods.Bleeding is also heavy.
    We will gain weight (my weight increased by 8 kgs) and tummy also.

    Always better not to go for this...

    Now i am struggling very hard to get pregnant.

    I was also on yasmin for 2 months and i have stopped it now , but i have still not got my periods . late my 10 days.. wondering whats happening..
    @SanjuReddy - are you periods regular now ?

    I am in early 30s and throughout my early 20s (20 to 25 years), I took Yasmin due to hormone imbalance. However, it made my sexual desire non-existant. If you are married, you may want to discuss this side-effect with your doctor.

    Once I got off Yasmin (because I want to avoid medications as much as possible), it took about a year for my periods to return to normal.

    The doc has prescribed Yaz to me..is Yaz the same as Yasmin? also did any of you face improvement in acne after taking it?

    oh is it...in India it's available as dronis-20 and dronis-30..(Dronis 20 composition is drospirenone 3mg,ethinyloestradiol IP 0.02mg).. after searching online i've heard that it's the generic equivalent of Yaz..if anyone has any info/experience about Dronis 20, please reply...
