Hi everyone, I'm writing a recipes book about Indian cooking. It will have a pretty unique angle to it, definitely healthy recipes. I'm so excited about it! I have a couple of questions for all you folks that love making Indian regional food. - Should I write my book in e-book format or in traditional paper book? - Besides the recipe, what do you like the most in a recipe book about Indian cooking? Many thanks. Best, Jug
Dear Juguar Congrats on your attempt. E book is welcome as anyone can see /read / download or copy. I too suggest you to write considering SBS method mentally and write. This will help to avoid omissions. Also please give the timings required for soaking / boiling / cooking etc. including no. of whistles in cooker. This helps even a new cook also to come out successfully with their menu. Sometimes, the ingredients will not be cooked or over cooked due to timing error. Also important as Nithya said, meaning for various ingredients in common language and english / hindi etc. Wish you good luck. BR Shanti

Wow, thanks for all your suggestions. I would've thought that people would prefer paper-books, because you can refer to them while you're cooking. The way Indian cooking is, a laptop might get messy
