    Hi,

Sidney Sheldon seems to be an alround favourite. Needless to say he was one the first authors I started after moving from Enid Blyton. Some of my favourite authors and their books :

Nora Roberts - All her books and she writes mystery using pen name J.D. Robb

Debbie Macomber - Her series - Midnights Sons, and almost all her stories

Danielle Steel - The Promise - the best and my favourite

Nicholas Sparks - All his books are nice - little sad but good ones

Peter Mayle - A Good Year ( Even liked the movie )

Some misc favourites are The Client by John Grisham, Strong Medicine and Hotel by Arthur Hailey and books by Janet Dailey, Jude Deveraux, Penny Jordon and Fern Michaels.

It is nice to see all the posts in this forum and learn about different authors. Thanks to all...nice to be among similar bookworms.

    :) Laks
