Would you risk travelling during this time? Personally, I won't be travelling until a coronavirus vaccine is available. It would be too risky for air travel even if there are health protocols at the airport.
Depends if your travel is optional or 'mandatory' ? Like if a family member is very ill or some such - then one may be under compulsion to travel etc. There are many factors. Sight-seeing travel can be postponed.
No. No air travel and no travel by road if it needs staying in a hotel. So far, I am hard put to think of a reason that would make travel unavoidable.
I heard that other countries will put you in a hotel for quarantine once you arrive, is this also the case for emergencies?
You need to contact the place you are traveling to and find out their rules. Things can also change rapidly.
