Hye jaya,

Thanks for so useful tips but i want to know whether can i use vicks and zindatilismath both. i used to apply vicks on chest while inhale with boiling water during evening time. can u tell me when i should use this zinda... medicine.

You said that vitamin c supplement is good , for this whether we have to consult the doctor or directly we can purchase from chemist itself.

we took our younger one to the doc and the doc said" the main cause is pollen and it is carried with them throughout the day causing allergies (cough,cold..., ) kids are spreading the pollen Sofas/beds everywhere in the house and it is not taken care then while sleeping they inhale the pollen and that causes the problems for breathing/respiratory and results in "Cough"... Just imagine this happening everyday so the solution he gave us is don't let the kids run around the house after coming from school and Must "GIVE KIDS HEAD BATH EVERYDAY AFTER SCHOOL IMMEDIATELY" they come from school.

u can use either of them or (alter days) try and see which one works better for u ..,

Hai Manjuma,

Few months back I was have same issues, I consulted to a homeopathy doctor when I went to India for vacation.they gave some medicines for immunity building for 3 months.this reduced the attacks of cold and cough. Also the medicines they give is loved by children, they themselves ask for it even if we forget. Hope this will help you.

dear manju,

in my case it started from sep 2012 when my son started his schooling. as u say doctors said the same thing to me also. he will get cough cold and fever every week. he was is in antibiotics for 6 months ie till march.doctors gave him singulair tablet also.i shifted him to ayurvedic medicines. then fever came 15 days once.during this EID holiday he got very high fever . i went to allopathic med they took blood test chest xray every thing and told me he has very high infections in blood and to get admitted in the hospital.he was in the hospital for 5 days.now doctor has advised to give nebuliser daily during night and some vitamin tablets.now he is better. still iam afraid when he comes from school i will check him whether he is having fever or not. so dont worry it is a common problem here.

Hi Jaya ,

Thanks for ur positive reply, but now i am tension free because we shifted to kerala for my sons better health this may , he is studying here in ukg now he is far better , here we consult one allergic specialists doctor whenever he is having cough or cold doctor use to advise less dose medicine, no antibiotics nothing, he told us , this issues normally found in small age children not to worry, by god grace he is happy and enjoying his schooling.
