    7/8: Covered 1.1/2 miles from cardio for 21 minutes of Prevention fitness system by Chris freytag.
    Then, 1 mile of body sculpt plus cardio for 15 minutes.

    I am doing 30 mins to 1 hour walk for the past one and half month and started feeling the difference in my shape :cheer: feeling great:banana: just came here to motivate u girls :thumbup:

    11/8, 12/8 : 2 miles indoor walking workout.

    14/8: Kendall hogan "peak performance cardio" for 30 minutes. Just awesome.

    I haven`t been posting the workout for quite sometime now. Thought i will resume the same from today.
    This morning a moderate paced walk for 35 minutes.
