    Okay, I went again today and just came back. Trying to hit the gym everyday. Lets see.

    AC, I am like you. If I didn't post, I am not going to the gym :)

    Way to go Chithra and Jey - keep it up! No, did not go today - had to stay back at work - year end stuff; too many things that need my attention at this time. Definitely going tomorrow since it is a step class!!

    Hi everyone,

    Good job shoba, chitra, vandana & jey. It's really motivating people like me. I hardly have 3 to 4 hours spare time for the whole day, somehow pulling myself to workout everyday. But yesterday reach home late and hence could do only 35 min brisk walking & jogging, 10 mins strethcing.

    Hope to do more today.............will update you tomorrow.

    sorry guys ,
    couldn't keep my promise for the past 4 days was not well had a bad stomach and my daughter was not well too, i'm still eating only bread for all my meals , so I think not working out will be balanced by not eating much , everyone agree ?
    will try to do something tomorrow .

    Did 1 hour of yard work and planning to do 1/2 treadmill and 29 min brisk walk with husband this evening.

    i did 45 min brisk walk on treadmill
    and 15 min elliptical trainer

    Hi - finished my workout for today - 45 mins of high intensity step aerobics followed by 15 mins of abs. Did not lift weights today - I had to take a tetanus shot and it hurts like crazy to lift my hand - so, I dont want to hurt it anymore!

    Been good today.

    Did my workouts as planned yesterday and today....

    Yesterday: treadmill power walk for 40 mins
    today: wt training at gym 40 mins plus stretching and walking for 20 mins.

    Well the evening plan didnt work out (get it work out didnt workout!!!!!!!!!)
    We went to a party instead and I did eat a little bit extra bajji
    so will be good tomorrow and catchup with exercise.
