    Yup - will go to the mall - not sure when - as much as I love shopping, I am not looking forward to the crowds and the parking. Probably will do some shopping very soon though. But work out at the gym tomorrow - that is definite!!

    hi ladies let me also join your team. everyday i used to do walking treadmill for 30min and yoga for 30 min. by day after tomorrow one month of my workout is getting completed and i am glad to inform you all that i reduced 1kg out of my 75kg weight. I am 5feet 2 inches my ideal weight is 50kg. let us all work together and attain our target very soon.

    50 mins - cardio on elliptical
    20 mins - weight lifting

    I hope I made up for yesterday!!

    Did 40 minutes weight training
    30 minutes treadmill..

    Ok the christmas spirit is roaring and kicking in our house. The radio station is blaring chirstmas songs.. and its rubbing off on me.

    Shobana Sure you made up for yesterday

    I did 2 miles on our treadmill. If we goto the Y tomorrow it will be better. I plan to do tomorrow 2 miles brisk walk and 20 mins brisker on elliptical.

    you girls have motivated me to join you i'm new here would like to join your gang . :partyi like to walk my weight off. i have started with a 10.min walk will gradually increase it with other work outs all from home.

    hi gals,
    i'm 5'3 and weigh 78kgs.i wish to get down to around 60kgs.im a mother of 2 kids and have had both c sections , people have told me that it is impossible to get rid of the stomach but I want to prove them wrong. my youngest is almost 3yrs so i think it is high time I worked out .really hard bonk

    My work out today:

    1 hr Pilates
    1 hr cycling

    I am exhausted - Pilates just kicked my behind!!
