    This morning i went for a good 35 minutes brisk walk;the weather very pleasant.

    For toning i used 8 pound dumb bells and 10 reps/2 sets each of:for arms
    Bicep curls
    hammer curls left and right
    hammer curls both arms
    overhead tricep curls
    opposite side tricep extensions
    Then did 12 reps/2 sets each of:For abs
    partial sit ups for upper abs
    cycling for lower abs
    touching toes for upper abs
    side twists for love handles.
    These exercises came to 15 minutes.

    I did a good 55 minutes walk this morning.....felt very good.

    Hi All,
    Yesterday I did cardio for 15minutes on stepper. And arm toning using dumbbells. Tricep extensions (5x30 sets) and bicep curls (both hands; 5x25sets) with 4kgs and wall pushups 3x20sets.

    For toning i used 3.6 kg dumb bells,10 reps/2 sets:shoulders and chest
    military press
    front raises[both arms]
    front raises [single each]
    kneel down push ups
    upright rows

    one arm rows[both sides]
    bent over rows
    flies
    lateral raises[1kg db]
    standing chest press[1 kg db]

    12 reps/2 sets for ABS:
    full sit ups
    legs bent n stretch for lower abs
    ankle touch for love handles
    raised legs to the ground for lower abs

    My walk took about 50 minutes this morning;i tried a bit of jogging too in-between for about 1-2 minutes.

    Damn that pushups are really good, I can hardly lift my arms up due to sore muscles....but yeah am loving it ;)
    Yesterday did 2cardio(Cycling for 10minutes & stepper for 15minutes). Then worked out on abs.
    Plank 1x10, crunches 3x50 , leg raise 2x50, oblique crunches 2x20.

    Toning workout:upper arms used 3.6 kg dumb bells,10 reps/3 sets each of:
    bicep curls
    hammer curls 1 and 2
    tricep extension to the back and up
    one arm tricep to both sides

    Also 50 ab crunches for upper abs.

    Great to see the regular flow of posts by you... see it actually motivated me to go to the gym yesterday after work :)

    Arctrainer - 20 mins - resistence 96 - 315 cals.
    Bicep curls - 4 kgs - 8 x 4 sets.
    Triceps - 4 kgs - 8 x 4 sets.
    Shoulder press 4 kgs - 8 x 2 sets.
    Inner thighs - 50 lbs - 8 x 4 sets.
    Outer thighs - 45 lbs - 8 x 4 sets.
    Hamstrings - 25lbs - 8 x 2 sets.
    Abs - upper and lower crunch - 25 each.
    Obliques - 25 each.
    ended with stretching.

    A great workout!!

    Dear Akila, glad to be a factor in your cause to hit gym yesterday;) A great workout indeed.

    Yesterday did cardio on elliptical with L20 for 15minutes.
    Then did my arms and legs alternately.
    Hammer curls(25x1- both hands together)
    Tricep kickbacks (25x1- both hands together)
    Free weight lunges(20x1 each leg)
    Hammer curls(25x1set - each arm alone)
    Tricep kickbacks(25x1 -each arm alone)
    Free weight lunges(20x1 each leg)
    Squats with weights(30x1set)
    Hammer curls(25x1- both hands together)
    Tricep kickbacks (25x1- both hands together)
    Free weight lunges(20x1 each leg)
    Squats with weights(30x1set) . Used 4kg dumbbells for all workouts.
