    Everyday I was extremely lucky since it rains once i reach gym and both of us are done by 6.30;) But today it came early and I am stuck here with no workout :( "Rain rain go away..." is the rhyme coming to my mind:)

    This morning i walked for a good 30 minutes after a 2 days break.

    Today no walk in morning;instead now i did a power yoga sequence titled DANCING SUN which involves the veerabhadrasana,trikonasana,vipareeta trikonasana etc.This comes for 24 minutes.

    This morning i went for a good brisk 40 minutes walk.Took a slightly different route....

    thur, fri, sat - nothing.
    sunday - jogged 4 km.

    This morning started walk at 6.15 am and back home at 7am after a brisk 45 minutes.Nice to feel the sun`s rays.
    Happy Independence day to you all.......proud to be an INDIAN.

    Yesterday evening did a toning workout with 3.6 kg dumb-bells,8 reps/3 sets each of
    squat rows with weights
    kneeling pushups
    step climbing alternate legs with weights
    standing rows

    Monday - 10 mins on treadmill, jogged at 7.5 km/hr. Crossramp - 20 mins. Abs crunch - 50 reps. stretches and cool down.
