    I did the Shilpashetty`s yoga workout again this evening;feeling very refreshed after this.......

    Hi All,
    Yesterday did cycle for 15minutes and abs. Planks did 2x5sets, an ex with ball, 50x3 crunches and one yoga asana for abs.

    Dear Sabari, I am there for company, am an eve work out girl;)

    Hi All,

    I did 2 sets of surya namaskar and 12 sit ups.

    @Amiz, Thanks for the company.. Yesterday I did 1 set of surya namakar, 11 sit ups and 30 mins of walking.

    Didnt get time to log Wednesdayz workout.
    Wednesday: Cardio for 15mts and legs,back etc. Leg press 15x3sets(15kg),back extensions 15x4sets with 60lbs,glute machine 20x2sets with 30kg, thigh abductor(20kg) 20x3sets,abductor(15kg)20x3sets, rower(10kgs) 15x4sets,squats with 4kg 20x1set.

    Thursday : Cardio for 15minutes. Bicep curls and hammer curls with 4kgs 20x5sets.Sides 20x1set with 4kgs.

    Hi everybody....
    I got my periods a week in advance;very unexpected so did not do anythiing last 3 days;
    This morning went for a good walk for 30 minutes;started drizzling a bit so stopped at 30 minutes.

    Did some cardio and worked out abs on friday.
    Geevee am also there with you;) So this is a no workout week for me.

    Cool.....i skipped the morning walk as i did not feel upto it;this is the 5th day of periods too.
    I felt much better this evening so started off with yoga asanas,
    Did the yoga warm up for the neck,shoulders,arms then surya namaskar 2 sets[4]
    Then did 3 sets each of Dhanuraasana,matsyaasana,ardha pavan mukthaasana,shalabhaasana,sarvaangasana then thada asana and 1 side vrukshaasana.
    kapalabhaathi,anulom vilom and bhramari pranayam.

    I went for a good 45 minutes walk this morning;iam unable to jog because of my knee problem;there is no point in straining myself and as long as i expend calories this way.......i guess it is good enough.
