Hello Ladies Weight loss can be accomplished long term through diet and exercise. Having support also helps a lot when its difficult to maitain the momentum. This thread is for the support we can give each other. Those of us who are planning to have a regular exercise schedule can post it here and we can support each other by keeping tabs and asking how the plan is working.
