Workout and diet challenge for healthy mind and body

    I am starting this thread to keep myself and some of my friends motivated to workout and do clean eating .

    Feel free to post your challenges and join us to motivate and get motivated.

    My challenges for this month, I am starting from 9th April Thursday

    Diet
    ====
    1. Water - 3l daily
    2. No white rice for weekly 5 days
    3. No sugar
    4. No food after 7.30 PM (early dinner)

    Workout
    =====
    1. Daily 45 minutes workout( strength training/ LS walk)
    2. Daily face and neck exercise
    3. Daily breathing exercise 10 minutes
    4. Daily Surya Namaskar - 10 set
    5. Plank for 60 sec
    6. Sit-ups , squats , lunges, Wall push up , mountain climber ( Any one of these daily 25 counts )

    Face and Body
    =========

    1. Apply some natural things on face daily
    2. Weekly once hair and body oil massage
