Working out routine for mothers with active toddlers

    Hi all,

    My DS is 19 months old. I stay at home and enjoy all his naughty stuff. I somehow find it difficult to put in workout in my daily schedule. Partly coz I find it difficult to wake up before 8. If I wake up before 8, I finish up all my work including workout before my kiddo gets up at 9am. What's your daily schedule? During afternoon nap of my LO, I cook, morning other stuff like cleaning up house, dishwasher etc. , evening when my DH returns again I cook dinner and by the time we sleep it's 10.30pm. I am sooooo trying to wake up early, hope I get inspiration from your schedule. I do only the at home exercises. Also do u cook healthy stuff for yourself separately like without oil and chapatis instead of rice? Just need some info on your schedule, will help plan mine better! Thanks:)
