Hi all, I have been a silent reader of this forum....and it has been really helpful with all the worderfull people I need your help. I was a working as oracle apps consultant in India and have 4 years of exp. I have a kid who is 21 months old. I want to get back to work but i have 3 years of gap. I am looking for job....but not getting any calls due to the gap. Also I am very scared how will I work with small kid... Ladies pls tell me is it easy to get job with gap? Thanks.
:welcome Sister thinkingaboutit to IL family, First of all be confident that is the first step to get back to work after a gap, if need be update yourself with some courses to keep you refreshed that will help you to boost your confidence. Talk to local consultants to build your resume according the job market (I mean impressive with the facts available) and start trying, your kid being 21 months that is close to two years will be manageable at Day Care or Grand moms.
