    CanWait,

I left Singapore more than ten years ago, and therefore cannot really comment on the prevailing work culture. However, suffice to say, it will depend on the industry, company, and your job function. If you are there on a contract basis, be prepared to work long hours. As for the dress code, it is western, and how formal or casual it is will depend again on the industry, company and your job function.

Regarding your accommodation, google it and you should be able to view some pictures of it. Condominiums usually come with pool(s) and gym.

Congrats on that! And welcome to Singapore!

The culture is mainly Asian side put also depends on the industry and the collegues you work with.

No particular dress code unless otherwise you are a frontline staff or service industry or a healthcare paramedical/nursing professional and such.

As Peperon suggested google for reviews. Condos have their own security and quite comfortable with facilities.

    All the best!

Ps: This thread will be merged with the existing one on Jobs in Singapore. Thank you for understanding.

    CanWait,

If you want to know what the work culture in Motorola Singapore is like (and if no one in your current company is able to help), I suggest posting your questions on on-line forums catering to expats in Singapore for example. Someone who is familiar with Motorola Singapore, or even someone who works in the same company, might reply. The forums might also throw up answers to your questions on your accommodation.

There could be other forums that could answer your question; so just google for them.
