The old tamil saying"Aal padhi Aadai paadhi".Hope weknow abt it.I saw the modified saying in one ad for a textile shop.
"aal kal aadai mukkaal"

one more Tamil saying ,I saw it on yesterday while i am travelling in a train
"Puriyadha piriyam pirium podhu puriyum"

 

Its nice to be important, but it's important to be nice-i saw this in my friends screensaver.
