    Correct timing to drink water, will maximize its effectiveness on the Human body.


    Two (02) glass of water - After waking up - Helps activate internal organs

    One (01) glasses of water - 30 minutes before meal - Help digestion

    One (01) glass of water - Before taking a bath - Helps lower blood pressure

    One (01) glass of water - Before sleep - To avoid stroke or heart attack

    Please pass this to the people you know.......and you dont want them to fall blind.. due to too much water!

    Drinking too much water also overloads the work of the kidney. Anything beyond limit is not advisable. Being moderate is always good.

    I would term drinking 7 litres of water as self-imposed Japanese torture. Why torture oneself this way? Best would be to just use some good old common sense and follow the dictates of the body and all should be fine. The body will tell you how much water it needs and regulate your intake accordingly.
