    Dear Lalitha,

The best thing to do is to eat as healthy as possible. My periods started 2 hours back and I down with severe pain. So I am just going to do the most sensible thing. Eat as healthy as possible and just try to walk.

God bless you and your daughter.

    Lots of love

    Hello Shiva,

Thanks a lot for starting this once again. Weekend has been pretty hectic and couldn't do much planning. But I always have veggies at home. I am good there. not a lot of fruits at home. I started the day with Yogurt shake ( 170 cals ).

My husband has gone on a official trip and I am not sure if I will cook at home. But I will certainly watch what I eat. There are couple of good soup and salad places here and I am hoping to reduce carbs for dinner.

I will go to zumba on Mon,tue and Wed. I am off to Disney World on thursday. I shall try to eat as healthy as possible while I am out. And I guess the walking would compensate for my workout.

Will update my weight after 3 days.

    thanks,
    Aswini

    Hi Lalitha di,

I certainly understand what you must be going through these days. Don't give you stress in thinking about that you couldn't go for walk as you already be in tense state about DD's health. Just aim to have healthy food in the given circumstances n available food options. It's really hard taking out time for yourself when your baby is sick. So please give your full attention to her and be relax. All will be fine soon.

    Dear Vannu,

Thanks dear...It was like my sis holding my hand and telling me that everything would be fine. Felt so much relieved. Thanks a ton dear...

I hope she should be OK by tonight with antibiotics started and she too at home as doctor forbid her. Though she can manage on her own but still when the temperature does not budge a little i get totally panicked. Hope everything should settle down.

What are your plans for fitting into the new jeans dear.....I saw all your replies but could not give any comments. Soory for that.
