    Dear Friends,

    As I already mentioned yesterday, I was too busy and couldnt do anything. Just walked for 10 minutes. I dont know if it really counts. However, today I promise I will exercise and I will update all of you tomorrow.

    Hi friends,

    Today I tried the 6-week 6 pack ab workout of Jillian Michaels. It is a killer workout for abs with weights. There are two types - beginning and advanced in this. I opted the beginning one. Those in US can find it free on demand (comcast)

    i did 20 mts of weight training, 10 mts of abs and 30 mts aerobics. No slips in diet too :)

    I was doing the dane exercise video. for the 40 minute workout video i do not have a medicine ball, so i didnt attempt that still :)

    Well, I did not have a medicine ball handy too..I just replaced it with my kiddo's play item...something to grab on to..tatz all you need...try with something instead dear and i bet you are going to get more tired :)

    Day 2, I exercised :thumbsup.. Did 30 minutes aerobics, 10 minutes weight training.
    Diet was also ok...

    Hi all,

    Good going all of you. Even i want to see my weight change by the end of this week.

    Yesterday my workout was good. Had a walk for 50mins and some exercises for abs and 2 sets of weight training and diet was good to.
    Today i missed my walk since my daughter woke up ( she is one year old) by the time i started. :(....will surely try to walk for some time in the evening.
