    Today my DH saw me dancing and he was quite surprised with my moves.
    Right now, near our house there is a gym, so planning to join there along with doing ET.

    There are certain websites like "Habit Forge" where you one can mention about his/her goal or wish. There will be mails for 21 days. It becomes a habit.
