    Dear Pooja,

    It is really motivating to read that even after doing 40 minutes of exercise in the morning, you are planning to exercise in the evening too. Keep up the spirit dear :thumbsup

    Oh Pooja, I just weighed myself today morning. Looks like my weight hasnt budged by even 0.1 pounds. Its just stuck there. :spin
    Anyway will weigh tomorrow morning and will post my weight here.

    Thats ok dear... Sometimes that happens. But the important point is to move on and get back to the challenge. Hope to see you in the metabolism challenge next week. Though I dont have any expertise in weight training, I will try to exercise and do whatever best I can with weights :)drowning?) and will be there to support pooja and the participants:hiya

    Hi contented,
    I did the WLC for 3 days and then my son got cold and cough, no sleep for two nights. Then we invited few friends home and busy with cooking and cleaning house. After that I was totally exhausted. I did try to eat moderately. The good news is I lost about 500gm so I will post my weight tomorrow.
    Nice to know that I am missed. Thank you for looking for me.

    Hi prss,
    Its good to know that u went to the gym. I know its hard to workout when u have knee pains so take it slow. My doctor said that walking and jogging would increase the knee pains, while swimming and cycling is good. So try the exercise bike or elliptical as they have low impact on knees.
    My son has cold and cough for the past 3 days, sometimes throws up and didnt sleep at night. I couldnt continue the WLC, and I understand how hard it is for u when u r also sick so do not strain urself. But go back to gym when u can. Once u have committed urself to the goal nothing can stop u.
    Whenever I see ur ticker I am inspired to lose more pounds.

    Last day of our challenge and today i did my40 mins of exercise. Had my slip of diet. But anyways week was good.

    Contended,

    could not do extra exercise in evening :-( .

    TOday going to start with my weight training. Brought my weights yesterday.

    Let me start the practice.

    ANd i m also first time doing weight after 2 years. So we can start together.

    Hi all,
    My starting weight : 68.7kg
    Today weight : 68.2kg
    So I lost .5kg, happy that I lost atleast some weight this week.
    I am ready for the next challenge.
    See u all in the next WLC.
