WLC- Dance away the pounds 22nd - 28th November

    Dear all,

    Let us follow the guidelines and come up with the flying colors on 29th. Yesterday almost all have dropped by .5 kg. Please do not check the weight daily..if there is any upward shift on the scale on any single day, then it keeps playing in your mind and you might loose your diet control. So try to stick to your diet and exercise schedule and weigh yourself on the predefined days only. The aim is to have healthy food having a sound sleep and to do the exercise that you love. Let us give a pleasant surprise to our Shiva mam when she is back from her India trip.

    That was a very wise advise given by you. I do become over enthusiastic and keep checking my weight. But as you said follow the healthy diet, have a good sleep and do your fav. moves.

    How did my first day go???

    Danced for 20 mins (cardio dance video it was...)
    Walked for 30 mins

    Diet was normal...nothing in excess...
    Morning : lil pongal + (cantaloupe + banana + fat free milk) => kinda smoothie :)
    Afternoon : 2 tortillas with a tbsp of chicken curry (no chicken)
    Snack : Bhel puri + fat free milk with ginger :coffee
    Dinner : Yet to have..nt decided what it would be :hide: hopefully something healthy ..

    Hi freinds,

    Note my starting weight as 67kg.

    My first day was ok. Did my 35mins. work out and 5-7 mins of dance (basic level)

    Diet also in control.

    Hi Sumshru n all,

    My start wt is 68.4 kgs (22nd).

    Yesterday I managed to go as per the schedule and my diet was in limit.

    Lets see how it goes today.:thumbsup

    Hi Friends,

    Starting weight 50.5 kgs :)

    I did the dance workout from exercise TV that was given by kavikish and the basic dance workout given by Shiva. Gals, believe me I sweated like hell when I finished the video. I did once last night and this morning too.

    I enjoyed it throughly :thumbsup

    Hi All,

    After office and the days chores at home, i finally managed to get some time and put the 1st CD i got in hand. The song was Beedi Jalaile.....i started dancing, first with the aerobics steps that i learnt previously and then my 2.5 yr old daughter joined me...then the dance was like mad people dancing.... i danced for like 9/10 mins... and started sweating...then did three sets of 10 crunches/ upper and lower... also for the hips sideways...and called it off...I think that was good for a start..

    Will try new steps today...

    Dear All,

    Since I am recently undergone a surgery, I shall not be dancing as per the guidelines...but yes. i am doing my walks and also doing some more exercises besides the regular walk, (streaches and some upper body exercises which do not include jumping.)

    I am hoping to loose wt still.
