WLC 15th - 21st November Starts

    hi friends,

    My diet for yesterday

    6:00 AM - Methi water+ soaked almonds
    6: 45 AM - Green tea+1 marie biscuit
    8:00 AM- 1/2 plate daliya uppuma+1/2 bowl sambhar
    10:30 AM -Tea
    2:00 PM - One bowl Daliya+1/2 cup sambhar+tomato raita+thinner butter milk+1/2 spoon lemon achar
    5:00 PM - Tea+2 spoons mixed namkeen
    7:30 PM - Tea
    8:30 PM- Lentil soup with veggies+one apple

    30 mts aerobic video and 5 minutes of weight

    WLC Day - 6 update

    Diet - perfect (Paneer sandwich in breakfast, 1 roti with Dal & boiled potatoes in lunch, 1 1/2 quarter plate upma in dinner)

    Exercise - a two hours dance class. It was so much fun. My teacher taught us contemporary dance on this beautiful song called "Teri Deewani" by Kailash Kher. I was dancing after a break of 3 months. Really enjoyed. A good workout and it has completely opened my body.
    Tomorrow, I have a jazz class of 2 hours. Really looking forward to it. These two classes will bring me in rythm to follow Dance Away the Pounds challenge..

    Water - I was so busy today that I completely forgot about water.

    Yes, tomorrow is the last day of challenge. I am very nervous about the 22nd morning weigh in. All the best everyone. Hope all of us lose atleast 0.5 kg. More will be bonus.

    Diet for today

    7:00 AM - Methiwater+4 soaked almonds
    7: 30 AM - One cup tea w/o sugar+1 Marie biscuit
    8:30 AM - 1 Mixed veg paratha+1/2 spoon ghee+1/2 cup potato curry
    9:30 AM - 1 gram dhal vada
    2:30 PM -2 Small gram Dhal vada
    3:30 PM - 1/2 Bowl bisibelebath with loads of dhal and veggies+2 spoons rasam+1 cup curd+3 potato chips+1 vada
    5:30 PM -Tea
    7:30 pm -tea
    9:30 PM- 1/2 Cup rasam+1/4 cup dhal+1/2 cupp mixed veggies

    40 mts aerobics+10 mts cycle+5 mts ET+5 Mts weights

    My diet day 6
    B : oatmeal
    L : chicken biryani + malai kofta + chilli chicken + butternaan +chicken curry
    oh it looks so bad, but I did try to eat in moderation
    E : turkey +mashed potato + beans + brussells + bread scones with butter :)bonkcouldnt resist the butter)+coke :hide: i did eat in moderation
    E S : cake
    S : Soup

    I am totally not ready to step on the weighing machine tomorrow. I dont want to gain all the weight I lost. But if I could maintain the weight it will give me a good boost becoz that means that I can eat in moderation and still eat what I like.

    Today i weighed myself and I have actually reduced by 600 gms from the start date.
    My current weight is 63.9 kgs.
    Actually I did Leslie's 1 mile and 3 mile once during this period.
    I had to eat out thrice.

    Dear Shiva and all other friends,

    I measured my weight today i am using normal weigh scale, not digital scale.

    So, my present weight is 57.3 means i lost 700 grms in this week! I felt very very happy.

    I will try to continue the same diet and exercise atleast in weekdays.

    Thanks alot1! Hope and wish all other friends lost their weights!

    Today is fasting day. I will eat fruits and drink coffee(2 times) till evening.
    After evening puja, i will take my dinner.

    Dear Shiva and other friends,

    It will take few more days for me to go back home. Most of the days we are on some short trips thats why I am not able to update often. Shiva, even after going back ,I will not able to post often as I have to study for my PG seriously. But I will take up as much as challenges as possible and will report my weight. Please dont take me wrong. I hope you will understand my situation.

    I weighed myself this morning and it is 50.6. So I have lost 600gms.
    Cheers :) I am so happy. I am looking forward for enxt week's challenge.

    Shiva thanks for starting this and my thanks to all friends who kept me motivated, Vannu to you inparticular.

    I'm very sorry because I'm unable to submit my diet chart for whole week.Still I'm on 83 no change because busy withfamily & guest.I'm very sorry for that.I'll surely follow diet from coming week.Wish me a good luck.Thanks.
