Hi all, I am 22 weeks pregnant and my husband got a job in diff state here in US. I am working as a SW Programmer where we are staying now but we have to relocate where my husband got job. I was wondering whether people will hire pregnant women? or should I wait until my delivary and try afterwards? can anybody help? any adivce from people who has been in my situation before. Thanks in advance.
Hi Srida, ideally as an employer if given a choice between two candidates - one into the family way & one otherwise.... an employer is more likely to choose the latter. .... my personal suggestion would be to complete your delivery, maternity levae and all of that & then move on. It will best for you both emotionally as well as physically. Take care Priya
