If i said shes bad, she wont respect my parents thats different, but EMA is something
nobody will tolerate, and my BRO is taking actions for that.. Thats it, his life his decision..

As his sister, i only worry about his future...

Not because he's my brother, but hes very innocent, my younger bro and myself got love marriage.

But my elder bro dint study much, and very obident to parents and got arranged marriage, unfortunately
she turned out be dominating and ended up having EMA, so hes broke now..

My parents and us (me n my dh) are supporting him morally and law and case wise to get rid of this.
Thanks a lot for your wishes, that he should get hassle free divorce..

She has agreed in record, and also given written statement in police station that she has affair..
But my lawyer said, though this things can act as proof, she can always say we hit her and bribed
police to get her voice and writing saying she had EMA..

Unfortunately all laws are for women now, so many misuse it, but lawyer said, though she can turn
case however she wants, since we are righteous, took no dowry, dint hurt her in anyways, there will
be some loop hole and she will be caught during Case in court..

Senthaj, i dont get , who should Adopt kid ???? As per law , since its only 2yrs old girl kid, mother gets its custody....

Yes we all are worried she wont raise kid properly, but cant help...

Exactly, in craze of enjoying her life, she spoiled kids future..

She also agreed, she had love affair and had sex affair with guy in 9th std, and
wanted to marry him, but her parents dint agree, and got her married to my bro..

Unfortunate thing here is this EMA is not with her ex-love before marriage, this
is new guy , her moms neighbour....
